Partner Promotions

Help relevant visitors discover local property services through clearly labeled reciprocal promotions. Participation never changes your listing eligibility, features, directory position or quality review.

How it works

  1. Create a useful listing

    Your listing is reviewed on ordinary quality criteria. It is free without joining this program.

  2. Choose to promote

    Open Partner Promotions in your listing account, accept the terms and place a disclosed promotion on a relevant page of your business website.

  3. Check the promotion

    Submit the page URL. We check that the visible link includes rel="sponsored". Keep the Partner promotion disclosure visible.

  4. Reach interested visitors

    Approved listings with a valid promotion may appear in separate, labeled city promotions. Missing or unqualified links pause only that placement; your directory listing is unaffected. No traffic or search-ranking result is guaranteed.

Promotion terms

  • Promote a relevant property service on a useful public page. Do not create pages solely to exchange links.
  • Keep rel="sponsored" on every exchanged promotional link, in both directions.
  • Clearly label the placement as a Partner promotion. Use the business name rather than keyword-heavy anchor text.
  • Join or leave freely. This is for referral traffic, with no SEO promises and no effect on ordinary listings.
