Who can list?
Any property management company or independent property manager who manages, maintains or rents out properties for owners in the Dominican Republic.
Is there really a free option?
Yes. Free listings include a website link, contact buttons and photos within the plan limits. No backlink or partnership is required; ordinary quality review applies.
How are listings ordered on a city page?
Professional listings first (marked Featured), then Plus, then free listings. Within each group the order rotates daily. Partner Promotions never changes this order.
I do not have a website. Can I still list?
Yes. Your free directory profile can serve as your business page. You do not need a website or a backlink.
How do I pay?
By card (Stripe) or by bank transfer. Plans are yearly; we remind you before the renewal date.
Can I write my page in Spanish?
Yes. Write your description in the language you prefer; we show it as you wrote it, never machine-translated.
